My area of interest is focused on the study of nutritional, environmental, and lifestyle risk factors for Non-Communicable Diseases, with a particular emphasis on cancer. In addition, I am engaged in the design and implementation of nutritional and health interventions, aimed at evaluating the effects of nutrients on biochemical, inflammatory, and molecular biomarkers related to nutrition-associated diseases across the life course.
